Important Ordering Information

Most special orders arrive within 7–10 business days; however, delivery times may vary based on manufacturer availability and backorders.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. All return requests must be submitted and returned to the store within 30 days of purchase. Special order merchandise returned in new, resalable condition is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fixtures that have been installed or have had wiring cut cannot be returned. Discontinued items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
