Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) are processed within up to 2 business days.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM MT will begin processing the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, carrier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen shipping delays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted national carriers, including:

• FedEx
• UPS

Carrier selection is determined at the time of shipment based on destination and package requirements.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 per order for deliveries within the continental United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase completion.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may select Free In-Store Pickup during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the continental United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
• Certain oversized or specialty items may require additional coordination. Customers will be contacted if special arrangements are necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
